While Norris ruled the race, Oscar Piastri had to battle hard just to stay in contention. The Australian struggled with car balance all weekend and could only qualify seventh. Things got worse when he slipped to ninth on the opening lap, but Piastri stayed calm and began to fight back.Through clever strategy and brave overtakes, he worked his way up the order, passing George Russell and Yuki Tsunoda before gaining places through the pit stop cycles. Bearman Becomes Mexico’s Surprise Star
If Norris’s victory was commanding, Ollie Bearman’s performance was inspiring. The 20-year-old British driver gave Haas one of its best-ever results by finishing fourth after an impressive display of courage and racecraft.Starting ninth, Bearman made quick progress, overtaking rivals and staying out of trouble as chaos unfolded ahead. When Verstappen and Hamilton battled, he seized the moment, slipping past to climb further up the order. Later, a penalty for Hamilton pushed Bearman even higher.In the closing laps, he held off Piastri with calm maturity beyond his years.
